our products please return it to us within 60 days of
receipt for a 100% money back refund. If the product
is a gift, the 60 day money back guarantee doesn’t
begin until the gift is opened. That way, you and the
person that you’re purchasing this for are guaranteed
satisfaction.

for any reason you’re disatisfied with one of our
products please mail it back to us via the United States
Postal System. We don’t want a dissatisfied customer.
We don’t need an explanation of why you’re
returning the product. If you choose to explain the
problem that will help us improve our service for future
customers. Your explanation is appreciated but completely
unnecessary.

There is no need to notify us of your intent to return
the package. Just include a note telling us if you would
prefer a refund or exchange or even some combination
of the two.
